Q: Where is my data stored?

A: All workout data is stored locally on your device only. No data is transmitted to external servers.

Q: Can I transfer my data to a new device?

A: Yes, your data can be transferred via iCloud backup. Restore from an iCloud backup on your new device to carry over your data.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

A: Go to iPhone Settings β†’ Apple ID β†’ Subscriptions β†’ Select MuscleMap β†’ Cancel Subscription.

Q: How do I restore my purchase?

A: Tap "Restore Purchases" in the app's settings screen. You must be signed in with the same Apple ID.

Q: How is muscle recovery time calculated?

A: We use a scientific recovery model based on EMG (electromyography) data. Large muscle groups (chest, back, legs) take approximately 72 hours, while smaller groups (arms, shoulders) take approximately 48 hours.

Q: What devices are supported?

A: MuscleMap supports iPhones running iOS 17 or later.
