These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of MuscleMap (the "App") provided by buildinpublicjp ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Overview

The App is a fitness application that visualizes stimulated muscles from your training and tracks their recovery status.

2. Terms of Use

• The App may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• The App is intended for users aged 13 and above.
• Unauthorized use, reverse engineering, or modification of the App is prohibited.

3. Subscriptions

The App offers both free and Pro (paid) features.

• Monthly Plan: ¥480/month (with 7-day free trial)
• Annual Plan: ¥3,800/year (with 7-day free trial)
• Lifetime Plan: ¥7,800 (one-time purchase for permanent access)

Subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID account. They automatically renew within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can turn off auto-renewal in your App Store account settings after purchase.

If you do not cancel during the free trial period, billing will begin automatically at the end of the trial.

4. Disclaimer

• The App is intended to provide general fitness information and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
• Recovery calculations in the App are estimates based on EMG data and may vary between individuals.
• Training decisions should be made at your own discretion and responsibility.
• We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.

5. Data

All App data is stored locally on your device. Deleting the App will result in loss of data. Backing up data is the user's responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App's design, code, and content belong to us.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
